At Lacrosse Unlimited, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items, including all original tags and packaging, into a secure shipping box to ensure they arrive in resalable condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
